Currently seeking an Accounting Clerk for a great opportunity in the Maywood, Illinois area. The ideal candidate will preferably possess previous experience in a fast-paced tax office. This individual will compile data, utilize front desk skills, assist the Head Accountant.
Requirements of the Accounting Clerk
• Previous experience in a fast-paced tax office preferred
• Experience in data entry
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
Responsibilities of the Accounting Clerk
• Perform data entry skills.
• Perform receptionist front desk duties.
• Provide customer support.
• Responsible for quickbook bookkeeping.
• Perform all other office tasks.
