    A confidential company is seeking a Contract Recruiter who is interested in an on-going (Part-Time) engagement and is available to work from their remote (home) office. Estimated hours could be from 2 to 10 hours a week and is a "pay for performance" based position (Estimated pay could range from $20 - $50+ per hour). The individual can have either corporate or agency based recruiting experience and strong in evaluating IT (Java Developers, Scrum Masters, UI Developers, Architects, etc..) or Accounting/Finance positions (Accountants, Financial Analyst, AP/AR Analysts, Accounting Managers, etc..) This is not a sales position (no business development), this is a pure recruiter role.

    Responsibilities of the Contract Recruiter

    • *Interviewing, evaluating, and screening candidates via phone or Skype

    • *Presenting candidates to Hiring Managers

    • *Candidate on-boarding

    • *Occasional sourcing of candidates (Less than 20% of time)
