    A $2+ Billion Financial Services company is in need of a high energy, motivated Contract Recruiter during a peak staffing period. Our Client is located in The Loop, employing mortgage servicing professionals. They are looking to add a Contract Recruiter who can commit to a 4 month assignment to start ASAP!

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Works with hiring managers to determine desired skill sets.
    • Conducts robust intake discussions with hiring managers to ensure solid understanding of the role and creates interview plan; prepares and routes requisition for necessary approvals in order to begin recruiting
    • Screens applications and resumes identifying qualified applicants.
    • Follows through on qualified resumes and applications received to ensure that proper correspondence is sent to applicants; maintains resume and application database.
    • Conducts telephone interviews to evaluate applicants and refers/recommends qualified candidates to the hiring manager.
    • Carefully assesses job candidates’ past performances so as to project their skills, knowledge and attributes as predictors of job success as well as assuring that their experience meets the minimum requirements of the position.
    • Administers approved and validated employment assessments and consolidates interview feedback facilitating debrief sessions with the interview team to drive effective hiring decisions.
    • Identifies and verifies employment references are completed on each job candidate application.
    • Follows up with interviewed candidates to advise them of the next step in the process notifies candidates of any decision not to proceed.
    • Ensures that reference investigations are completed on each job candidate before any offers of employment are made.
    • Ensures that applicant records, and data are properly maintained; ensures that all phases of the employment process are in full, legal compliance.
    • Will manage a high requisition load, averaging 25-30 open positions.

    Requirements:

    • 2-5 years of full cycle, high volume recruiting experience.
    • Must be able to work in-office 5 days/week (no remote candidates please)
    • Must be able to start immediately!
