    Urgent need for a Compensation Analyst for our client located in Louisville, Kentucky.  Hours are from 8 am - 5 pm. 

    Compensation analyst is responsible for administering compensation programs, including the base and variable pay. This is a Lead Compensation Analyst position for data analysis and data modeling.

    • Administer base pay programs, including annual merit, market adjustments and promotions.
    • Deliver market analysis data for new positions and promotions.
    • Assist Director of Compensation and Benefits with all compensation related items.
    • Administer incentive compensation and applicable payouts.
    • Develop modeling and provide recommendations related to salary structure and other compensation components.
    • Performs other tasks as assigned.
    • Conducts job responsibilities in accordance with the standards set out in the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, its policies and procedures, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, applicable federal and state laws, and applicable professional standards.

    • Required:  Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Compensation or related field
    • Required:
    • Prior compensation experience with a demonstrated pattern of success in administering compensation.  
    • Advanced Excel skills. Knowledge of PIVOT tables, LOOKUP functions, and If-Then analysis
    • Experience with data analyses and data modeling
    • Project management experience
    • Desired:
    • HR Technology experience is strongly preferred.
    • Experience with Ceridian and Success Factors is preferred
    • Required:  Knowledge of State and Federal laws and regulations governing compensation. 
    • Advanced Excel skills are required.
    • Ability to develop solutions and manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment. 
    • Ability to meet deadlines.
    • Ability to manage compensation independently with minimum supervision.
    • Ability to develop reports within HRIS systems (currently Ceridian and SAP) 
    • Required:  Ability to work independently and cooperatively with other team members.  Dependability. Ability to organize, prioritize, self-motivated and meet deadlines.  Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills.  Ability to successfully interact with and present to managers.
