    Contract Recruiter/Admission, Mentor and Placement Coordinator needed for our client located in Fort Knox, Kentucky for a 16-month contract and 150 hours per month. 

    Job Description for the Contract Recruiter/Admissions, Mentor, and Placement Coordinator needed for a 16-month contract located in Fort Knox, Kentucky.

    The Client’s Academy began in July 1999. The client’s Academy is a quasi-military environment during a 22-week residential and one-year follow-up program.  “Quasi-Military” is a term used to describe a program that resembles military training such as attention to detail, respect, self-discipline, and chain of command. The On-site Admissions, Mentor, and Placement Coordinator (AMP) must be able to recruit at-risk males and females ages 16-18 years of age (some participants will turn 19 years of age while attending) at the Client’s Academy.  The On-Site (AMP) Coordinators' contract is being put in place for recruiting potential at-risk candidates. The position is for the on-site recruiting management of Internal Leads produced by the Client’s Academy.

    Job Description for the Contract Recruiter/Admissions, Mentor, and Placement Coordinator needed for a 16-month contract located in Fort Knox, Kentucky.

    1. On-site Admissions, Mentor, & Placement Coordinator must be able to work flexible hours within the Academy Guidelines.
    2. 5 years’ experience working with at-risk youth preferably in a recruiting environment.
    3. 5 years’ experience working as a Recruiter preferably with military recruitment experience.
    4. Managing 50 to 75 mentor/cadet caseloads per open class
    5. Facilitate the recruiting of 25 to 45 accepted applicants each cycle # Process applicant acceptability and submission of a complete application
    6. Facilitate the processing of internal applications and forward completed applications to off-site Amps for a formal interview
    7. Conduct and/or assist in on-site applicant interviews
    8. Placement of region graduates
    9. Monitor required reporting in a national database
    10. Interview mentor applicants
    11. Ensure monthly reports are submitted by the 15th of each month
    12. Recruiting and maintaining a mentor pool for an assigned region
    13. Manage internal applicant resources within the area to maximize admissions from the region
    14. Address applicant questions and concerns prior to admissions
    15. Assist in generating placement options for all graduates from the region
    16. Conduct and/or assist all Mentor/Cadet training
    17. Cadet transport when necessary
    18. Promote the Client’s Academy Program and assist off-site program recruiters with providing information to prospective applicants
    19. Perform other duties relevant to the residential and post-residential phase of the program
