    A Large Mid-Tier Public Accounting firm is seeking a few Technology Senior Associate (P&C) to help manage and administer key systems for designated P&C functional areas. They will participate in system implementations and upgrades; supports client needs through the use of technology related to learning, development, performance management, and related talent management technology platforms; and provides end-user documentation and training for assigned systems under the direction of more senior team members.   The Associate will serve as a key member of the P&C infrastructure to support enabling technology solutions to meet the business needs of our P&C function in alignment with firm strategy. The Senior Associate will demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and initiative.

     

    Core Responsibilities:

    • Focus on data entry and validation against business rules and processes
    • Maintains data, content for quality and accuracy
    • Maintains system settings and user accounts for assigned technologies
    • Coordinates with pillar leadership and firm IT function for resolution of technical issues
    • Communicates potential areas of risk in technology, operations, configuration and user experience in alignment with business stakeholder needs
    • Completes recurring operational and maintenance activities
    • Executes reports in alignment with expectations for timeliness, accuracy and visual usability
    • Builds efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations
    • Works with firm IT and external technology vendors to ensure alignment of our solutions with firm IT best practices, security, and other related needs
    • Looks for opportunities to innovate technology-enabled solutions to meet business needs and shares ideas with pillar leader

     

    System implementations, upgrades, and enhancements

    • May participate in system updates and maintenance, as led by firm IT function
    • May participate as a team member in technology initiatives for assigned technology solutions
    • Participates in testing activities for new systems functionality
    • Communicates needs between internal and external resources in a timely and effective manner 

     

    Internal client and end-user support, training and documentation

    • Anticipates and addresses needs before they are raised by our clients
    • Supports documentation of business and technical requirements and processes in collaboration with internal clients
    • Responds to the functional end-user support requests
    • Troubleshoots and escalates critical issues
    • Supports change management through development and delivery of training to P&C and service line professionals
    • Takes interest in and makes efforts to grow deep understanding of business processes to effectively support end user needs

    • The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:
    • Bachelor’s degree in related field
    • Past experience functioning in a technology role, preferably within consulting or professional services environment
    • Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced environment.
    • Strong verbal and written communication & presentation skills
    • A reputation for discretion, integrity, judgment, responsiveness, strong attention to detail and common sense
    • Solid PC skills with proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
