    Pay: $33-$35 per hour

    Duration: 6+month

    A Fortune 500 company is seeking a Business Analyst for a 6+month project located in Racine, WI.

    The individual will be responsible for the functional and technical support for the various systems used to support the North America Region, including: CSPS (Order Management), Click (Warehouse Management), Data Warehouse, Reporting dashboards, and Digital Sales platforms

    Primary and Secondary duties:  

    • Management and resolution of functional issues (enhancements, maintenance) related to the systems (first and second level support).

    • Interview the key business users.

    • Develop functional & technical specifications Process design, improvement and development  Analysis and prioritization of Change Requests

    • Review/implementation of new procedures and reports Training of business users  

    • Process flow mapping.  

    Experience:

    • 3+years of experience in ICT

    • 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst

    • Preferred experience in SAP Commerce/Hybris Preferred experience with Content Management Systems Demonstrated IT Project Management skills. 

    • Experience in emergency support. 

    • Experience working with diverse, geographically distributed teams of internal and external staff.

    • Experience with Digital Platform commercial processes, Order management, Warehouse management, Reporting Strong understanding of Microsoft Office.

    • Experience with supply chain or similar warehouse environments (2+ years preferred)  Basic knowledge of hardware and network infrastructure. (3+ years).

    • Hands on experience in HMC and localization for using multi languages in Hybris Involved in customization of Hybris Multiple Channels like Product Content  Hybris 4.x and 5.x, Hybris Commerce Suite, Data Hub, Hybris-SAP Solution Integration (Master Data, Order Processing For both Asynchronous and Synchronous data transfer) Experience in integrating Hybris with SAP and non - SAP systems for E-Commerce. Experienced in Hybris HMC, HAC, WCMS, CMS and Product Cockpit
