Pay: $65-$70 per hour
Duration: 2+months
A Large Public Accounting firm is seeking a Supply Chain SME (Oracle Demantra) for a 2+month project located in Beloit, Wisconsin.
Scope of work:
- The following activities must be accomplished from a systems technology perspective to support a pilot S&OP process incorporating two manufacturing lines, appx 500 Finished Goods SKUs, and appx 1000 customers:
- Validate Demantra and ASCP settings to support limited pilot
- Perform unit testing of integrations
- Build design and configuration documentation
- Perform integrated testing
- Develop cutover sequence and guide for production migration
- Provide systems and technical support post-pilot for up to three weeks
- Evaluate demand and supply allocation windows
- Evaluate and configure ASCP exceptions
The following deliverables will be required:
- Design documents, specs, and issues log
- Configuration log for changes to Demantra and ASCP
- Cutover Sequence to support a shift to Production Environment (no responsibility for actual cutover to production)
- Functioning integration worksheet in Demantra which pulls overcapacity levels at the manufacturing line level from ASCP
