    BPMN Business Process Mapping and Consulting

    Philadelphia, PA

    Up to $70 /hour

    18-month Assignment

    Our client is a Top IT Consulting Firm onsite, at a Fortune 100 client in Philadelphia, PA. This is a unique position Under the supervision of the Senior Business Process Modeling leadership:

    • Assess, Define, & Document a standardize business process modeling standard for the client buyer

    • Train client business process modelers on the standard process.

    • Provide remote support for client business process modelers using the new standard processes

    Ongoing long-term responsibilities:

    • Interview subject matter experts (SMEs) to elicit and document existing process journeys from diverse stakeholders

    • Document these as-is business processes within the open-source Camunda BPMN software tool

    Required Capabilities:

    • 5+ years of experience documenting “as-is” business processes using modern tools, such as Aris - Enterprise Architecture or other BPMN modelers

    • Knowledge of the BPMN Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) Standard is the major critical requirement 

    • Familiarity with the open-source Camunda BPMN software is important or must quickly be learned 

    • Telecom industry process knowledge must arise as knowledge and familiarity with TMForum eTOM process model framework. As such, experience working in Telecom or communication service provider is necessary.

    • 3+ years of experience documenting customer journey for different Lines of Business is an added advantage.

    • Self-starter

    • Technical writing and communication, with an emphasis on business process mapping
