    Pay: $30-35 per hour


    Duration: 4+months



    A Fortune 500 company is seeking an HR Generalist for a 4+month project to be based in Racine, WI

    Responsibilities: 

    • Understand the organizations business strategies in order to provide HR insights and solutions to business challenges 
    • Maintain familiarity and compliance with all local, state, federal employment and EEO laws to ensure effective and timely employment actions and decisions 
    • Counsel managers and supervisors on HR policies, procedures, compensation and benefits programs, and disciplinary actions to ensure consistent and fair treatment of all employees 
    • Understand the Company's total compensation strategy and facilitate pay actions 
    • Manage the staffing process to ensure positions are filled in a timely manner with high-quality candidates 
    • Discuss staffing needs with line managers, screen applicants and participate in the interview process 
    • Handle necessary data input and reporting using applicable HR systems 
    • Encourage and build positive employee relations 


    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline 
    • Three (3) or more years work experience in an HR Generalist role with demonstrated HR Skills and understanding of key HR practices
