    Pay: $25-$30 per hour

    Duration: 4+months

    A Fortune 500 company located in Cleveland is seeking a Help Desk (P2P) or Accounts Payable module experience with Oracle or similar ERP software.

    This individual will be supporting a member of the companies Procurement team responsible for implementing and maintaining the enterprise Purchase-to-Pay system solution (P2P). The Purchase to Pay Temp will support the internal and external P2P system teams by receiving support inquiries from our user base, addressing requests

    directly with users, and documenting request details that require further

    escalation.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Monitor support email box and accounts for requests that should be addressed by internal team. Resolve issues as able, and prioritize and escalate complex issues for the support team.
    • Support supplier and catalog content within the Procure to Pay (P2P) systems, responding promptly to stakeholder needs via appropriate methods (email, phone, chat, etc.).
    • Assist suppliers and internal category managers with the catalog content management process.
    • Work with or lead analysts to field ad hoc and emergent requests that involve P2P data.

    • 2+years Help Desk exp
    • ERP exp
    • Ticket Resolution exp
    • In/Outbox responsibilities
    • Purchase to Pay Module exp a (+)
