    A Fortune 500 company in Racine is seeking a Part-Time contractor supporting our client's Telecommunication Team.


    Part-Time: 5 hours a day

    Pay: $50 to $60/hr


    Start: Oct 1 (soonest)

    End: Dec 2019


    Need someone that can hit the ground running in more of an administrator role with some technical skills that can help our client with day/day task and processes.

    • Keeping track of invoices

      Order devices via a portal

    • Coordinating ON/Off Boarding orders.

    • Using Service-Now and learn how to book Telepresence meeting online.

    • Some technical skills with Mobile phones.

    Responsibilities:

    • Support ICT related Mobile, Voice, and On/Off-Boarding processes in regards to End-User-Devices.

    • Technical skills within the Mobile-Device and Voice/VoIP environment.

    • Perform administrative duties within ICT that pertain to the delivery and support of ICT products and services, including Telepresence booking and invoicing.

    • Skilled in using different Portal software (Service-Now; Verizon VEC; Etc.) for customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

    • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.

    • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

    • Communicating with customers through various channels.

    • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

    • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.

    • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.

    Customer Service Representative Requirements:

    • High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent.

    • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.

    • Comfortable using computers and Software Portal application.

    • Experience working within an IT Telecommunication operational environment.
