    Compliance Coordinator

     A leading retail provider of alternative financial services. Headquartered in Chicago, is comprised of nearly 300 financial service centers in 11 states.

    We provide consumers with convenient financial products and services to help them manage their day-to-day financial needs. Although many of our customers have banking relationships, we believe that our customers use our financial services because they are more convenient, transparent and frequently more affordable than available traditional alternatives.  

    The Compliance Coordinator will be responsible for reviewing, validating and completing Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs). The Coordinator will review generated reports, relevant transactions and customer information to ensure accuracy and timeliness of all filings.

    • Job Description: Validate, review, complete, and file CTRs within regulatory timeframes.

    • Follow up with District Managers or Store Managers when information is missing or incomplete.

    • Analyze complex customer transaction details to ensure accuracy of all filings.

    • Attend Case Investigation Committee meetings whenever needed.

    • Fill in other areas of BSA whenever needed Job Requirements:

    •  Preferred previous experience with Bank Secrecy Act, bank teller, or bank operations experience

    • Ability to manage and work independently, effectively, and efficiently.

    • Experience working with an AML Software solution; experience with Fiserv a plus along competency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access.
