    Multi-Billion Dollar Fortune 500 Global Manufacturer looking for  a

    Customer Care - Best Service Representative

    Hours: Variable: Primarily between 8:00 AM-5:00 PM M-F but must be flexible. Hours can vary between 8:00 AM-8:00 PM including weekend support. will discuss more in interview

    The Best Service Representative ensures seamless facilitation of warranty claims, including but not limited to; warranty verification, proration determination, order entry and additional miscellaneous duties as assigned.

    Responsibilities include:

    Contacting authorized dealers using written and verbal methods to accurately validate equipment information

    Interacting with dealers, field personnel and end-users to ensure a uniform process

    May enlist the assistance of established inter-company contacts to assist with complex issues

    Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment

    Required Qualifications

    Associate's degree in Business Management or related discipline; 2+ years’ experience in customer service, claims/warranty or data entry related role may be considered in lieu of degree

    Proficiency in Windows-based operating systems

    Proficiency across the Microsoft Office Professional software suite

    Ability to type 45 WPM

    The preferred candidate will have experience with the following:

    Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related discipline

    5+ years data entry, warranty administration or call center experience

    Experience with agriculture or construction products, alternative experience in the automotive, heavy equipment, or off-road vehicle markets may be considered as well

     

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills including proper phone etiquette

    Possess strong interpersonal, facilitation, problem-solving, and team-building skills

    Ability to type 50+ WPM

    Experience working in a CRM system
