A large public accounting firm is hiring a team of seasoned Tax consultants in the New York City area to help support several of their high profile clients. You should be an independent, solution-oriented performer who is skilled and experienced.
Description:
- The clients’ funds are primarily fund of funds.
- For 2018 tax year, the structure filed 182 Forms 1065; 20 Forms 1120; 21 Forms 120-F, and approximately 2,300 state returns.
Skills needed:
- Experience with fund of funds (effectively connected income, unrelated taxable income, state source income, state tax withholdings)
- Experience with 1065 required. Experience with Forms 1120 and 1120-F desired.
- Familiarity with state and local filings (no state apportionment knowledge needed)
- Familiarity with international Forms 8865, 8621, 926, 5471, 1042, 8804
