    Pay: $175 to $200/hr (1099/C2C)

    Duration: 6+months (extendable or opt-in/opt-out format)

    Location: Remote/Closest Office + Travel to client sites (Travel Reimbursement)

    A large public accounting firm is seeking a Director of Due Diligence (Transaction Services) for a 6+month engagement across a wide variety of clients across the United States. The Director of Due Diligence (Contractor) will be required to travel to client sites in the West, Midwest, and East Coast regions.

    • The Director is responsible for planning, directing, and completing projects and services in financial due diligence

    • Heads up transaction advisory engagements around financial due diligence for both Private Equity acquisition targets as well as Fortune 1000 companies.

    • Plan, execute, and direct engagements across a variety of industries, i.e. manufacturing and distribution, technology, real estate, and financial services.

    • Manage expectations concerning project deliverables and deadlines and lead change efforts effectively.

    • Analyze target company data to determine the accuracy of historical and projected earnings, working capital considerations and potential liabilities and risks.

    Requirements:

    • 10+years exp in Public Accounting (Large or Mid-tier)

    • 5+years of Due Diligence

    • Ability to travel as needed

    • CPA

    • Available for flex scheduling
