  • Job Description:

    A 2 Billion Dollar Company which is one of the largest and fastest growing in the industry is seeking 3 Billing Associates for the following shifts:

    1 - Sunday 9am-6pm and Monday - Thursday 11am-7pm

    2 - Saturday 9am-6pm ad Tuesday - Friday 11am - 7pm

    3 - Monday - Friday 5pm - 1:00 am

    Description

    • Electronic and Manual rebilling of all outstanding claims, underpaid, never paid

    • Reconciling payments & reporting ( Learning Provider Pay)

    • Third Party Billing experience

    • Be able to use HBS, Docutrack, Pharmacy +, Chem Link and other prescription tracking software and programs

    • Scanning remittance statements (Provider Pay)

    • Filing all documentation and billing back up paperwork

    • Knowledge of Hospice rebilling 

    • Calling Insurance  or Home to verify information

    • Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare part D and understanding Low Income Subsidy for dual eligible (Medicaid and Medicare)

    Education/Learning Experience

    • Required:  Minimum of High School Diploma, 

    • Desired:  Experience in all aspects of pharmacy billing operations

     

    Work Experience

    • Required:  

      • 1-2 years pharmacy experience

      • 1-2 years insurance billing knowledge

      • Strong communication skills

    • Desired:  

      • 2+ years insurance billing (Medicare Part D/Medicaid)
