Pay: $70-$90 per hour (1099)
Duration: 3+months
A large public accounting firm is seeking a Compliance Audit Contractor (Mortgage Industry) with CEMA (Consolidation, Extention and Modification Agreement) experience. The contractor should have enough experience in the area of CEMA to be a Subject Matter Expert to the end client (a large financial services firm) located in Mount Laurel, NJ. The project is scheduled for approximately 3 months but has potential for extension. The Contractor will be in charge of doing sample audits for compliance with CEMA, evaluation of current business practices, recommendations, as well as creating best practices for the institution.

Experience Required:
- 8+years exp in Banking and/or Mortgage
- Very Proficient in expertise around CEMA
- Underwriting experience preferred
