    3-month contract opportunity.

    Location: 5405 W 56th Ave Unit B, Arvada, CO 80002

    $20-$25/hour

    The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting/bookkeeping, be systems savvy, and eager to learn in a fast-pased environment.

    HVAC industry experience is a plus.

    Responsibilities Include:

    Assist in hands on monthly financial close process including expense accounts, prepaids and accruals as well as preparing final reporting for management.

    System conversion assistance, including data entry and account conversions.

    Prepare general ledger entries by maintaining records and files; reconciling accounts.

    Develop and implements accounting procedures by analyzing current procedures; recommending changes and seeking process improvements.

    Answer accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting data.

    Act as backup to AP and AR including: vendor statement reconciliation, invoice processing, purchase order matching as well as problem research and resolution.

    Other ad-hoc projects as assigned by Controller
