Job Description:
Our client is looking to hire multiple resources for their pharmaceutical/biotech company in the Baltimore area.
- Quality, Regulatory and Change mgmt. experience
- Initiate Quality Records and conduct deviation investigations that meet both Industry and client expectations.
- Lead/ manage investigations including root cause analysis and product impact assessment using input from Subject Matter Experts for client.
- Develop, execute and oversees CAPAs resulting from deviation investigations or as part of the general process improvement.
- Assure that investigations are technically sound and meet quality expectations. Perform Effectiveness Check to assure corrective actions and preventative actions are effective.
- Assist and support in completing Change Controls.
- Lead and support Continuous Improvement projects.
- Conducts data gathering, trending, and data presentation as needed to support investigations.
- 4-5 Years’ experience with Freezer Equipment qualification and validation
- Bachelor s degree preferred
- Experience with change management (OCM) required
- 6+ years as a technical writer, editor, or content strategist
- 6+ years of experience with business or professional writing
