    Our client is a Fortune 500 company located in the Southwest Suburbs of Houston and they're seeking a few Cash Applications Specialists for a 7-week project.

    Duration: 7 weeks 

    Expected Start Date: 9/21

    Required Resources: 3

    Work Location: Onsite (Southwest Suburbs)

    The project is an "Unapplied Cash" engagement.

    Description of work:

    • Task Force Team will review, research and address 6,500 receipts that are currently unapplied in AR

    • Task Force Team will be provided with the complete list and will:

      • Research payment copy in Bank of America website, shared folders, other sources

      • Review information provided by the client for those payments

      • Research in JDE for open invoices, future invoices to determine action

      • Apply action item based on guidance from our client (for example: submit a refund request, email client, apply cash, etc)

      • Maintain spreadsheet documenting actions taken

    The ideal candidate:

    • Current hands-on experience with JDE (versions 9 and 8) – preferred

    • has a minimum of 3 years of experience with the cash application process

    • has advance Excel experience to be able to manage multiple spreadsheets & perform complex formulas (index match, Sumifs, power query)

    • has common sense, is curious, and can pay attention to details

    • has good communication skills, both verbally and written
