    Location: REMOTE

    Start Date: Jan 2021

    Our Public Accounting client (Top #10-#15) is looking for a SENIOR TAX CONTRACTOR with Experience Reviewing Associates' Accounting and Tax Work for a 4-5 month contract during the upcoming Tax Busy Season beginning Jan 2021.

    Requirements:

    • Complete all aspects of accounting and tax engagements for clients including status updates to engagement managers and adhere to all quality control standards as required

    • Review associates’ accounting, tax work: provide constructive review points

    • Demonstrate understanding of the client’s business including analysis and planning of client engagements

    • Adhere to engagement budget constraints and complete assigned tasks within the time requested, explain variances when needed

    • Achieve charge hour goals

    • May supervise Associates on engagements

    • May be involved in the client billing process by assisting Managers and/or Directors

    • Leverage industry knowledge and business acumen blending cross serve opportunities into client engagements

    • Additional responsibilities as assigned

    Qualifications:

    • 3-5 year in public accounting, working within the Tax function

    • Experience Reviewing Tax Returns

    • CPA or Masters Degree (Accounting or Taxation)
