    Pay: $60-$70 (W2) + 1.5X Overtime

    Start Date: 2/8/2021

    Duration: 4+ Month. High possibility of contract extension.

    Our Private Equity client is seeking an Interim Controller with In-Home Healthcare / Durable Medical Devise MFG industry experience for a 4+ month contract. This role can be done remotely; however, special consideration will be given to those candidates in the Detroit metro area and/or Midwestern US.

    Company Location: Detroit, MI (metro area).

    Company Size: $5,000,000 (ebitda)

    The ideal candidate will be asked to assess and clean up the numbers from previous months and create a formal close process. You will also lead their cash to accrual processes, as well as revenue cycle and inventory recording processes.

    The ideal candidate will have:

    • Previous Controllership experience in a small-mid sized company (preferably founder-owned)

    • Documented process improvement experience

    • Experience working with Private Equity groups and/or portfolio companies.

    • Experience with Quickbooks and/or HDMS (Health Data Management Solutions) is preferred.

    • Healthcare/Med Device Industry Experience.

    • The ability and experience to consult with both the portfolio company and private equity group on any other process improvements necessary.
