  • Job Description:

     

    • Being fluent bilingual (Spanish) as we have many Spanish speaking applicants and employees that need assistance out of this office.
    • Must have good communication skills overall to deal with internal and external contacts and demands.
    • Ability to use MS Office products to support various needs as requested.  Word, Excel and PowerPoint. 
    • Attention to detail and able to handle confidential information including the disbursing of paper checks - log, organize and secure about 100 paper checks per cycle. Paychecks are handled every week as we have weekly, biweekly, and bimonthly cycles.
    • Clerical duties (Ex: Answering phone calls/mailing/filing/scanning/e-mailing)
    • Reporting to and working directly with the owner, manager and staff members
    • Data Entry/ Maintains accurate records and enters data
    • Dispatching (planning, scheduling, and routing service requests)
