    Pay: $65-$80/hour (W2)

    Start Date: 3/8/2021

    Contract Length: 6 Months (extension likely or conversion to FTE)

    Location: REMOTE

    A leading global investment bank is seeking multiple highly skilled Valuation Consultants to support their growing client base and increased deal flow. In this role, you will:

    • Perform financial statement modeling and analysis in connection with valuations related to M&A transactions.

    • Provide discounted cash flow, comparable company, precedent transaction, and other modeling analysis.

    • Assist with interpreting technical accounting standards and develop business requirements, test planning and execution, and project management

    • Analyze and assess risk management activities related to investment portfolios, liquidity sources, accounting changes and new regulations, and financial application enhancements.

    Qualifications:

    • 3-5+ years of business and financial reporting valuation experience. Big 4 valuation experience is strongly preferred.

    • Advanced modeling in Excel (VBA/Macros)

    • Exceptional financial modeling skillset including three statement modeling, DCFs, and LBOs

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • CPA and/or CFA strongly preferred
