    Pay: $65-$80/hour (W2)

    Start Date: 4/1/2021

    Contract Length: 1+ Months. This client has multiple projects ongoing. There is a high likelihood that this contracts extends many months.

    Location: REMOTE

    A leading global investment bank is seeking multiple highly skilled Financial Due Diligence Consultants to support their growing client base and increased deal flow. In this role, you will:

    • Participate in buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements

    • Perform Financial Due Dilligence and analyze target company data to identify historical and projected financial and operating trends.

    • Report quality of earnings and working capital considerations, and potential liabilities and risks which impact valuation and negotiation of the target company.

    • Create and design tailored transaction advisory reports specific to key issues such as normalized earnings, and valuation model input assumptions.

    Qualifications:

    • 3-5+ years of Financial Due Diligence experience, Big 4 FDD experience is strongly preferred.

    • CPA required

    • Demonstrated understanding and application of capital markets and valuation concepts

    • Strong current knowledge of US GAAP including SEC reporting, purchase accounting and transaction services.

    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

    • Experience using and presenting data using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and common database systems.
