    Pay: $65-75/hour (W2)

    Start Date: 3/8/2021

    Contract Length: 6 Months (extension likely or conversion to FTE)

    Location: REMOTE

    A leading global investment bank is seeking multiple highly skilled Accounting Advisory Consultants to support their growing client base and increased deal flow. In this role, you will work in a variety of industries and be exposed to the broader corporate finance industry and capital markets.

    Responsibilities:

    • Participate in buy/sell-side, restructuring, and capital raising transaction advisory engagements

    • Research technical guidance and market practices around accounting and financial reporting issues

    • Provide accounting advisory support and research to clients, including implementation assistance with new accounting standards.

    • Provide transaction-oriented accounting and reporting assistance for mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, complex capital raising, and financing structures.

    • Prepare and present accounting findings and concepts to management and other stakeholders.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • CPA is required

    • 3-5+ years of Transaction Services experience (2-3 External Audit with 2-3 year TS is acceptable)

    • Big 4 experience is strongly preferred

    • Demonstrated understanding and application of capital markets and valuation concepts

    • Strong current knowledge of US GAAP, including SEC reporting, purchase accounting, and transaction-related issues.

    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

    • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

    • Experience with data analytics tools is preferred.
