    Pay: $18 per hour + 1.5x(Overtime)

    Duration: 6+months

    Location: Racine, WI (Remote for now)

    A Fortune 500 company is seeking a Customer Service Rep for a 6+month project located in Racine, WI (Remote for right now, but could be onsite in the future)


    Hours : Variable : Primarily between 8:00AM-5:00PM but Must be flexible. Hours can vary between 7:00AM-7:00PM. will discuss more in interview



    Responsibilities include:

    • Contacting authorized dealers using written and verbal methods to accurately validate equipment information
    • Interacting with dealers, field personnel and end users to ensure a uniform process
    • May enlist assistance of established intercompany contacts to assist with complex issues
    • Ability to work autonomously in a fast paced environment


    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's/Associate's degree in Business Management or related discipline;
    • 2+ years’ experience in a customer service, claims/warranty or data entry related role may be considered in lieu of degree
    • Microsoft Office 
    • Ability to type 35 WPM (50WPM a Plus)
    • 5+ years data entry, warranty administration or call center experience
    • Experience working in a CRM system
