    Pay: $50-$60 per hour (W2)

    Duration: 6+months

    Location: Chicago (REMOTE)

    Large Mid-Market Bank is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant (recruiter) for a 6+month project to work remotely for their Chicago office.

    Responsibilities:

    • Identify candidates with experience in consumer and/or commercial banking, banking operations, data governance, wealth management, data governance, fraud, banking operations, and consumer banking products

    • Manage the hiring manages and candidates throughout the full life cycle recruiting process, creating positive experiences and ensuring high satisfaction levels

    • Building and maintaining hiring manager relationships.

    • Source diverse candidates & leverage diverse candidate pipelines

    • Identify and qualify candidates through a wide variety of channels and manage recruitment process

    • Administers and ensures effective implementation and consistent application of all bank recruitment policies and programs and compliance with external and internal regulatory requirements.

    Requirements:

    • 5+years of full cycle recruiting experience

    • Banking/Financial Services Industry exp

    • Agency exp (plus)

    • Bachelors Degree
