Pay: $20-$25 per hour (W2)
Duration: 3+months (Contract to Hire)
Location: Rosemont, IL (REMOTE)
Type: Flex (30+hours) or Full Time (40 hours)
PeopleCaddie is seeking an Associate Accountant with payroll experience for a 3+month (Contract to Hire) project to work REMOTELY.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Accounting Manager with Biweekly payroll processing through Paychex
- Troubleshoot, research and resolve standard payroll issues
- New hire information; verification of employment.
- Acts as a point person for payroll team members for trouble-shooting problems and concerns.
- Maintaining HRIS system, PayChex
- Will train in other areas of interest (i.e. HR, AP, AR, and Benefits)
Requirements:
- 2+years payroll experience
- PayChex software exp a plus
- Intermediate Excel
