    Office Administrator (ONSITE)

    Pay: $20-23 (W2)

    Contract Length:  6-12 Months. The client is offering potential Contract to Hire - FTE / extensions 

    Location: Modesto, CA 

    A Fortunate 500 Facilities Management Company is seeking an Office Administrator.

    Responsibilities: 

    • Assist Recruting team with Payroll and recruting activities
    • Professionally answer, screen and route all incoming calls
    • Maintain calendar schedule of guest visitor offices/desks and conference rooms
    • Prepare conference rooms

    Qualifications:

    • Highly preferred: Recruiting experience / payroll knowledge
    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Office administration
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. 
    • Experience using Microsoft Office and MS Excel
