    Pay: $90-$110 per hour (W2) / $125-$135 per hour (1099/C2C) 

    Duration: 12-24 months

    Location: Philadelphia, PA (ONSITE)

    A large public accounting firm client is seeking a Director of Financial Reporting and Analysis (Contractor) for a 12-24 month project to work ONSITE in Philadelphia, PA.

    Responsibilites:

    • Works closely with the accounting team on an efficient general ledger month end close

    • Directs appropriate financial assessments to support strategy for Continuum Operations; communicates information strategically, delivering results-oriented messages.

    • Provides recommendations based on analysis.

    • Works with leaders to drive financial performance.

    • Leads budget planning based on operating forecasts, change initiatives, financial requirements, utilization, and benchmark data.

    • Applies, thorough understanding of key business processes, to address long-term implications of decisions/actions.

    • Directs labor and productivity improvement efforts through effective reporting, analysis, and strategy execution; includes creating and executing on action plans based on benchmarks.

     

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance and/or 10+ years’ experience in hospitals or healthcare related financial experience with analytically challenging projects.

    • 3+ years management experience

    • Working knowledge of general ledger and financial reporting systems, preferably Lawson, Essbase, Smartview, Hyperion Reports and Planning, Epic, APM, Epic Business Objects, SAM Excel, I payment, etc.

    • CPA

    • HMFA certification
