    Talent Acquisition Manager 

    Pay: $35-40 (W2)

    Contract Length:  6 months contract (potential extension and conversion to full time) 

    Locations: Remote (will be supporting team in Florida. Must be in East coast or Central time zone)

     

    As an integral part of the Human Resources team, the Talent Manager is responsible for overseeing all facets of recruiting activities for the talent acquisition team supporting Hourly Recruitment. The individual in this position will lead a team to deliver exceptional talent acquisition service to Stakeholders across the US, develop and execute talent acquisition strategies, provide internal and external labor market intelligence, and build and maintain relationships at all levels of leadership. This is a highly visible role both inside and outside of our organization and this individual must be a leader.

     

    In this role you will add value by:

    • Help to lead and develop a Talent Acquisition (TA) team to ensure all recruitment goals are met while maintaining a collaborative and engaging team environment.
    • Effectively participate in collaborative conversations with business leaders, hiring managers, and human resource leaders to leverage your understanding of the labor market and enable your ability to attract the right talent to fill open roles.
    • Help lead the TA Team to provide best – in – class recruitment including, but not limited to, strategies around posting positions, sourcing candidates, partnering with hiring managers to develop a recruitment strategy, interviewing and presenting candidates that are aligned to the position profile delivering exceptional candidate experience and extending job offers.
    • Provide insight through metrics, KPI’s and reporting to stakeholders around TA process and systems.
    • Continuously drive measurable improvements in the recruitment and selection process, while ensuring that organizational priorities are met
    • Work collaboratively in a fast -paced environment.
    • Participate in the evaluation, selection and development of talent acquisition processes, systems / technology, and people in order to maximize service delivery capabilities to the business
    • Assist in maintaining data integrity within our Applicant Tracking System and ensure all applicant data is updated timely for accurate reporting and metrics / KPI’s.
    • Report regularly on recruiting metrics and analyze recruiting data to identify trends, gaps and success rates or sourcing strategies.

     

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
    • Minimum of eight (8) years of related recruiting or HR experience
    • Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience
    • Intermediate Excel skills and SmartSheet skills
    • Expertise and a proven track record of developing recruiting best practices, and candidate sourcing strategies.
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication, interpersonal, consultative, and negotiation skills.
    • Understanding of labor supply market trends and legal requirements.
    • Applicant Tracking System experience.
