    Position: COVID-19 Contact Tracer

    Location: Remote (Charlotte, North Carolina)

    Duration: 6-mo contract with option to extend

    Minimum Qualifications: Experience providing excellent service over the phone and email

    Our large Public Accounting client is seeking an experienced COVID-19 contact tracer to assist with their return to office procedures.  This position will support national offices and will be 100% REMOTE from anywhere.

    The Contact Tracer is responsible for reaching out to all persons who have come into close contact with a COVID-19 infected individual and providing them with information and guidance to interrupt ongoing transmission and reduce spread.

    The Contact Tracer will use a web-based platform and telephone to communicate with assigned contacts, obtain symptom information, refer contacts for testing, and provide instructions for quarantine.

    Job Duties:

    • Collect vaccine information via Oracle portal and manage exception requests

    • Review office log sheets to determine who has entered an office with an active case

    • Quickly get in touch with contacts of employees through e-mail, phone calls and other platforms when necessary

    • Provide contacts with approved information on quarantine procedures, what to do if symptoms develop and if appropriate, refer them to testing

    • Assign risk category with case and understand protocol for each risk category

    • Systematically collect and record information in Oracle database

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree and/or Contact Tracing Experience

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Major in Public Health or a closely related field and coursework in Epidemiology

    • Experience in contact tracing and/or case investigating

    • HR Operations experience
