    FINANCIAL DUE DILIGENCE CONSULTANT | IT/SaaS Background | Remote

    • Pay: Up to $70 (W2)

    • Start Date: ASAP

    • Contract Length: 3+ Months

    • Location: Remote

    A Large Public Accounting Firm is seeking highly skilled and versatile Financial Due Diligence Consultants with IT and/or SaaS experience to support their growing client base and increased deal flow.

    Ideal candidates will have experience in FDD and Transaction Advisory Services specific to IT and SaaS engagements, coming from a public accounting and/or large consulting firm environment.

    As an Financial Due Diligence Consultant, you will:

    • Research technical guidance and market practices around accounting and financial reporting issues.

    • Provide FDD support and research to clients, including implementation assistance with new accounting standards.

    • Provide transaction-oriented accounting and reporting assistance for mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, complex capital raising, and financing structures.

    • Prepare and present accounting findings and concepts to management and other stakeholders.

    Qualifications:

    • CPA is preferred

    • 5+ years of Transaction Advisory/FDD Services experience.

    • Previous public accounting and/or consulting experience. Big 4 experience.

    • Experience working with IT and/or SaaS clients.

    • Demonstrated understanding and application of capital markets and valuation concepts.

    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
