    SALT TAX MANAGER | 3 MONTH CONTRACT | REMOTE

    • Start Date: 1/17/2022

    • Duration: 3+ months. Full-time Jan-Apr (40+ hours/week)

    • Pay: Up to $75- $85 (W2) / $95-$110 (C2C)

    • Location:  Remote (Denver, CO)

    A Top Ten Public Accounting Firm is seeking a hands-on SALT Tax Manager to support a variety of projects for the upcoming busy season.

    Contract term is January 2022 - April 2022 - subject to change based on Clients' needs.

    The ideal SALT Tax Manager will have experience assisting multi-state companies with state and local tax issues including compliance, advising, planning, structuring and controversies.

    Qualifications:

    • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, or a related field

    • 6+ years of experience in public accounting, CPA license preferred

    • Experience performing tax research, preparing/reviewing state income tax returns for corporate entities, and providing technical advice on multi-state tax issues

    • Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and deliverables

    • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to articulate tax concepts to both staff and clients
