    Healthcare system is  currently seeking a HRTM Sr. Business Partner] for a 3 month contract opportunity in the San Diego area. The HRTM SBP functions as a project manager to ensure that human resources initiatives support the long-term goals of  the HRTM team. This position may oversee a variety of administrative programs and functions, and often influences service excellence and employee development.  

    This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but does serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.

    Requirements for the HRTM Sr. Business Partner

    3 years Progressive experience in a human resources role with prior experience as a human resources manager or above.

    Responsibilities of the HRTM Sr. Business Partner

    Working knowledge of multiple human resources disciplines, including performance management, compensation practices, employee and labor relations, organizational development, diversity, wellness, and workers’ compensation. Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies. Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization’s hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors. Adequate knowledge of learning management systems, HRIS and Intranet or cloud based service delivery tools. Proven ability to facilitate training and/or deliver informational sessions to groups and/or individuals. Ability to anticipate and identify problems and use sound judgment and fact or data-based analysis to develop effective and efficient recommendations or solutions. Software skills, including use of Microsoft Office, Workday, JDX.
