    Client Relations/Sales Manager | Contract to Hire | January 2022 Start

    • Pay: $32-35/hour Base Comp + Commission (1st year guaranteed bonus) 
    • Start Date: Mid-January 2022 (Estimate)
    • Duration: 3 Months for conversion to hire
    • Location: Midwest & East Coast Locations preferred (full remote)

    Our Client, a global leader in management training organization, is seeking a talented and versatile Client Solutions Manager for a contract-to-hire role who has a demonstrated track record of successfully achieving sales and profitability targets, nurture and develop client relationships and more. The successful Client Solutions Manager will work collaboratively within a team environment, become an influencer within our business and produce consultative selling approach results.     Client Solutions Manager Scope of Role:

    • Successfully achieve annual sales and profitability targets while supporting and leading an inherited book of business, take direction on best practices and be open to learn new ideas.
    • Manage sales pipelines, new leads and learn to drive and retain new business within targeted sales accounts effectively. Through best practices, learn to nurture relationships, follow longer sales cycles, focus on both short and long term results, conduct virtual and face to face presentations (as needed) with existing and prospective clients.
    • Write effective sales proposals and use consultative selling approach to  uncover client needs as well as understand clients’ business.

    Client Solutions Manager Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, OR Equivalent work experience
    • Minimum 1-3 years previous selling experience
    • Proven success record of attaining and exceeding sales goals.
    • Demonstrated success selling to new/existing accounts
    • Experience maintaining client accounts over a long period of time.
    • Aptitude and attitude to develop new skills, push personal development goals and achieve collaborative results.
    • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and respective CRM systems
    • Ability to handle ambiguity in a rapidly changing fast paced environment
    • Ability to meet communicated schedules and deadlines
    • Ability to function as a team player
