    Recruiting Coordinator

    • Pay: $22-$27/hour

    • Start Date: 3/14/2022

    • Contract Length: 6 Months

    • Location: REMOTE.

    Our large Public Accounting Client is seeking to add two talented Recruiting Coordinators to their recruiting support team. The Recruiting Coordinators will collaborate with recruiters to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

    Responsibilities of the Recruiting Coordinator:

    • Manage the scheduling of candidate interviews including identifying availability and sending related calendar  invites/details 

    • Issue feedback and evaluation forms to the interview team

    • Log status updates in the applicant tracking system

    • Provide support for candidates or interviewers to ensure a smooth interview experience

    • Generate and send offer letters and  initiate the new hire process 

    • Track candidate source and processes applicable referral bonuses

    • Monitor firm recruitment inbox and answer general questions or route inquiries as needed

    • Provide backup support to other Recruiting Coordinators during peak periods or for out of office coverage

    •  Provide backup support for onboarding activities such as I-9 verifications

    Requirements for the Recruiting Coordinator:

    • Bachelor's degree

    • Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience in a corporate HR/Recruiting department, employment agency, or sales or marketing organization

    • Technical skills (Internet searches, Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel

    • Experience with applicant tracking systems preferred but not required (Oracle Recruiting/Taleo)
