    Organizational Change Manager

    Pay: $75 to $110/hour

    Start Date: ASAP

    Contract Length: 3 months (possibility to extend or hire)

    Location:  REMOTE (EST hours preferred, some onsite travel required)

    Positions Available: 2 (1 Manager, 1 Associate)

    Our large Public Accounting client is seeking 1 organizational change manager and 1 organizational change associate to support an IT Supply Chain team with separation activities. The organizational change managers will provide communication and change management support to separate two business lines for a consumer business client.

    Responsibilities of the Organizational Change Manager: 

    • Conduct stakeholder interviews and understand stakeholder impact

    • Responsible for communication, engagement, and learning plans

    • Review governance structure to ensure alignment with IT Supply Chain PMO and connections across stakeholders/regions

    • Provide feedback and reward mechanisms

    • Change network plans

    • Assess risks and change readiness

    • Solid change management and communication capabilities including both strategy and execution (Prosci or other OCM certification)

    Requirements for the Organizational Change Manager:

    • Prosci Certification

    • Demonstrated change management experience

    • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with fast paced project experience

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Previous M&A or separation experience

    • Previous experience working with IT departments is a plus

    • Knowledge of consumer products supply chain desirable
