    Controller

    Pay: $55-$65/hour

    Start Date: ASAP

    Contract Length: 6 months (contract to hire)

    Location:  City of Industry, CA (onsite)

    Our furniture manufacturing client is seeking a Controller to join their team in City of Industry, CA! The Controller is needed for an immediate contract to hire position and will be required to be onsite 5 days a week.

    Responsibilities of the Controller: 

    • Supervise the overall daily accounting operations

    • Lead the month close process including account reconciliations

    • Lead the preparation of monthly financial statements and variance analysis

    • Manage process of reviewing and recording transactions

    • Oversee the accounts payable and receivable functions

    • Maintain knowledge of organizational procedures, federal/state regulations, and accounting standards

    Requirements for the Controller:

    • 7+ years relevant professional experience

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business

    • QuickBooks experience

    • Cost Accounting experience is required

    • Manufacturing experience is a plus!

    • Strong analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
