Job Description:
PeopleCaddie has partnered with a Chicago based Consulting firm who has the need for a Senior Fixed Asset Accountant to consult with clients on fixed asset accounting and proper accounting procedures and to assist them with various other projects on a 6+ month contract with the possability of CTH.
This role can be 100% remote.
Major Tasks/skills:
- Review all fixed assets for proper classification, calculate monthly depreciation and related journal entry
- Develope and impliment proper accounting procedures
- Communicate with the clients to obtain additional information as needed
- Other reporting and analysis as needed
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, V-lookups ect)
- Experience working with large amounts of data
