    Staff Accountant

    Pay: $35-$40/hour

    Start Date: ASAP

    Contract Length: 3+ Months (contract to hire possibility)

    Location:  Buffalo Grove, IL (On-Site)

     

    Our auto part manufacturing client is seeking a Staff Accountant to join their growing team! Located in Buffalo Grove (IL), they are seeking someone willing to work on site with some flexibility to work from home occasionally. 

     

    Responsibilities of the Staff Accountant: 

    • Assist with month-end close procedures including monthly account reconciliations

    • Credit card tracking and reconciliation

    • Perform day to day processing of all accounts payable cycle activities including vendor payments

    • Perform day to day processing of all accounts receivable cycle activities including invoicing

    • Assist in development of accounting policies/processes and assist with various systems implementations as necessary

    Requirements for the Staff Accountant:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field

    • 3+ years' experience in Accounting roles

    • Previous experience with QuickBooks and/or NetSuite

    • ERP implementation a plus!

    • Systems implementation experience a plus!

    • Strong communication skills

    • Excellent Excel skills
