    EXPERINCED ASSURANCE CONSULTANT | 3+ MONTH CONTRACT | (REMOTE) |

    • Start Date: January 2023 (Possibly as early as November/December)

    • Target End: 3+ months. Full-time (40+ hours/week)

    • Pay: up to $65 (DOE)

    • Location: Remote (preference to candidates located in NJ/ DE/ PA – with ability to be onsite from time to time)

    A Top 10 Public Accounting Firm is seeking an Experienced Assurance Consultant with public accounting audit experience for this coming busy season.

    Contract term is January 2023 – April 2023 - subject to change based on Clients' needs

    Qualification:

    • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, or a related field

    • 3-5 years of public accounting external audit experience

    • Experience performing reviews and compilations

    • Experience with one or more the following industries required: Construction, Commercial, Private Equity, SAS (software as a service) and Professional Services (i.e. law firm)

    • Demonstrated understanding of complex accounting and auditing concepts and apply them to client situations

    • Ability to direct fieldwork daily and inform supervisors of the engagement status

    • Additional preferred qualifications - experience with CaseWare, experience with IDEA and financial statement preparation
