  • Job Description:

    Our large Public Accounting client is seeking a senior Change Management OCM Consultant to assist their insurance client with an enterprise change initiative surrounding an ERP implementation.  This Change Management contract role is scheduled for 6+ months with possibility of extension.

    The Change Management consultant will join an existing team in a 100% REMOTE capacity for the duration of the engagement,

    Job duties;

    • Participate in project workshops to determine change impacts on the end users.

    • Execute against the communication plan.

    • Develop presentations for change network.

    Job Requirements:

    • Organization Change Management consultant with 4-6 years’ experience with Oracle ERP implementations.

    • Consultant shall have demonstrable experience with:

      • change impact assessments

      • user communications

      • change network and presentation development

    • Must be very proficient with MS Office applications and SharePoint.

    Nice to have:

    • Insurance industry experience
