    PROJECT SUPPORT SPECIALIST | REMOTE | $30-$35/hour

    • Start Date: ASAP

    • Contract Length: 6 Months

    • Pay: $30-$35/hour (depending on experience)

    • Location: Remote

    A high-growth professional services firm is actively hiring multiple a Project Support Specialist to support their growing client base. This is a 6-month contract. Full time employment (Contract to Hire) is available for exceptional performance.

    Project Support Specialists will perform a variety of high-impact projects and administrative duties in partnership with the client’s Account Services personnel and Executive Leadership.

    This is a unique opportunity for candidates looking to grow their career and sphere of influence in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

    Duties will include (but are not limited to):

    • Client meeting / internal scheduling and admin support

    • Product order entry - basic order/data entry, checking inventory availability, delivery

      dates and other information as requested

    • New vendor setup and project support 

    • Tier 1 customer/tech support, escalating issues where appropriate 

    • Research, track, and solve client facing and internal challenges, as they arise

    • Provide administrative support for special events and/or ad-hoc projects as needed
