    OPERA CRM Implementation Consultant | $60-$65/hour (W2) | REMOTE

    • Start Date: ASAP

    • Duration: 12 Months

    • Location: Remote

    • Pay: Up to $60-$65/hour (W2) | 1099/C2C also available

    Our global hospitality client is seeking an OPERA CRM/PMS Implementation Consultant and Integration Contractor to support their sales and events operations team in the integration and implementation of OPERA CRM.

    The Implementation Consultant will be responsible for OPERA CRM system implementation, system maintenance, standard operating procedures, and operationalizing system processes. This will include updating documentation content, SOPs, user guides, quick reference guides, and translations

    Experience implementing OPERA CRM and any other CRM systems, Reserve, and Opera, as well as fluency in a second language outside of English is highly preferred.

    The ideal consultant will have a complete end-to-end understanding of systems implementations and have demonstrated experience working with cross functional teams within large, matrixed environments.

    Hospitality industry experience is highly preferred.

    Qualifications:

    • OPERA CRM/PMS Implementation and Integration Support Experience

    • Experience using any of the following us highly preferred: Envision, PRIO, IDeaS, Reserve, RMT, and/or Opera.

    • Experience updating standard operating procedures and operationalizing system processes. This includes working on emails, articles, SOPs, user guides, quick reference guides, translations, etc.

    • Experience coordinating and creating implementation checklists to assist and guide through pre, mid, and post-implementation.
