    STAFF ACCOUNTANT | $33-$35 PER HOUR (W2)+1.5X(OVERTIME) | CONTRACT-TO-HIRE

    A privately-held manufacturing company is seeking a Staff Accountant (Contract-to-Hire) for a 5+month engagement located in Northbrook (ONSITE). The role starts out focusing on transactional type accounting, but an opportunity exists to learn all aspects of general accounting underneath the training of the controller.

    Responsibilities:

    • Accounts Payable/Receivable

    • Payroll

    • General Ledger/Journal Entries

    Requirements:

    • Prior AP/AR experience

    • Payroll Exp (+)

    • Strong Intermediate Excel 

    • ERP System exp (SysPRO +)
