    AR Specialist - Cash Applications | 6 Month Contact | $25-$30/Hour | Hyrbid (Fort Collins, CO Area)

    • Start Date: Feb 6th (Client will begin interviewing within the next week)

    • Contract Length: 6 Months (Extensions possible)

    • Pay: $25.00 - $30.00/hour (W2 + 1.5X Overtime)

    • Location: Hybrid (Fort Collins, CO Area)

    A large national manufacturing firm is seeking multiple Accounts Receivable Analysts for projects lasting 6 months, or more. Contract AR specialist with at least 1-3 years of experience processing high volume transactions, cash applications and SAP experience required. This role is hybrid; candidates must be able to commute to plant in Fort Collins, CO.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Process Accounts Receivable Transactions within the SAP system.

    • Apply cash applications to appropriate accounts during processing.  

    Qualifications:

    • 1-3 years experience processing accounts receivables and cash applications within SAP.

    • Ability to use spreadsheet programs (Excel) required.  

    • Ability to review work and processes and manage a high volume of transactions effectively.

    • Manufacting accounting experience is preferred, but not required. 

    Education

    • BA or Associates in Business, Finance, or Accounting is preferred, but not required.

    • High school graduate
