    IT Contract Research & Reconciliation Analyst | $40-$55 PER HOUR (W2)+1.5x(OVERTIME) | 3+MONTHS

    Our large Public Accounting client is seeking an IT Contract Research & Reconciliation Analyst to support their corporate Asset Management and Business Support teams in a REMOTE capacity.  This position is available as a 3+ month contract or contract-to-hire role with the desired resource working CST or EST hours.

    IT Contract Research & Reconciliation Analyst will collaborate with the business stakeholders, the IT Asset Management & Business Support teams to support this effort. The ideal candidate will have deep domain expertise with Supplier contracts, renewals, and Ariba/Service now a plus. The candidate will have demonstrated knowledge in identifying key elements of supplier agreements and quickly update four systems with standard pieces of information. The candidate will have experience with supplier agreements, various ERP systems, and identification of key attributes of each contract. They must be able to search for Metadata, research


    Desired skills:

    • Expert knowledge of supplier contracts and researching key elements years
    •  Outstanding verbal and written communication, including proven ability to comfortably interact with all levels of leadership, including one-on-one interaction with CIO, CFO, and firm partners.
    • Ability to traverse in experience in technology acumen has used multiple softwares, ERP, PeopleSoft, Ariba, etc.
    • Experience gathering entitlements to Software Contracts, prioritizing work and understanding how to read and gather key information from contracts.
    • Inputting information 

    Job responsibilities/duties:

    • Research a variety of sources for valid contracts for software
    • Upload contracts into Ariba along with key metadata fields, as well as ADO and Service Now CMDB
    • Secure key elements of each contract to upload to four sources of data
    • Secure documentation that assists in validating entitlements
    • Provide status reporting/progress metrics
    • Establish key targets and reach those goals/objectives
    • Establish on-going process to ensure documentation stays current and is regularly audited

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, para-legal or JD a plus.
    • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in working in technology-based strategic sourcing / IT supplier management.
    • Proven abilities and experience in technology, services procurement, and contracting.
    • Ability to simultaneously and efficiently manage and communicate on multiple changing priorities with a variety of stakeholders.
    • Outstanding verbal and written communication, including proven ability to comfortably interact with all levels of leadership, including one-on-one interaction with CIO, CFO, and firm partners.
    • Must possess analytical and technical skills required to understand business practices and recommend automation opportunities.
    • A highly motivated self-starter with the ability to plan, create, and execute own ideas.
    • Expert knowledge of supplier contracts and researching key elements
    • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
    • Ability to both manage and prioritize fluctuation of work levels to achieve results
